Dell Inspiron installed with SSD drive
I’ve had my Dell Inspiron 1520 for about 2.5 years now and I thought it was time for a little “pimping” As you know its pretty difficult to upgrade a laptop due to many integrated parts, so what can you do to make a differance? Upgrade the RAM, hard drive and OS? Originally my Dell spec was Windows Vista 32bit (Home Premium) 3GB RAM and 250GB Hard drive (5400rpm)
I ended up replacing the conventional spinning hard drive with a 30Gb solid state drive with windows 7 home premium 64bit
