Jazmin, you need to remove the stereo from the dashboard using the special prongs. The code is written on a sticker on the unit.

Or maybe it is also written on the security keypad that can be removed from the front.

The software only provide a code with series starting A C L M
If there is a serie starting with V, perhaps the dealer can help you futher.
