I ran the 10k race in 1 hour and 3mins! I was very shocked at my time and I'm not aching today which is an added bonus. Thank you for everyone who sponsered me, for those who did not get a chance you still can donate on www.10ksponsorme.org/baldishdhillon In total there were 1000 runners and a total of £50K was raised, however there are many more 10k races going on in the UK which is hoping to raise over £30million for cancer research. Although I have been training I did'nt run more than 3 miles, but I hope to continue with the running, the kids have now got lights on their bikes so they'll be joining me in the evenings, although the winter nights are here there's no reason to stay in doors in front of the box!
